Phil Myers

Phil Myers is Executive Chairman of BlueCava. Phil brings more than 30 years of experience in developing market-leading businesses in the technology industry. He has a passion and unique background for creating breakthrough products focused around Big Data, Marketing and Analytics. He has managed four successful start-ups through their growth stages to $100MM businesses, led two initial public offerings and created seven hit products. His background includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of StoredIQ, an Austin-TX based Big Data company now owned by IBM; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Cyclone Commerce (now Axway); President at SalesLogix (now part of Sage Software) and Vice President of Marketing at Novadigm (now a division of HP). Phil is the co-author of the best-selling business book, Tuned In and a frequent speaker, consultant and instructor on the topics of leadership and business acceleration strategies. He holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Management Science from the Pennsylvania State University.

 

Reza Qorbani

Reza Qorbani

Reza Qorbani is Chief Technology Officer at BlueCava. Reza has gained more than a decade of experience in developing Mobile App and SaaS solutions for multiple software companies. He has extensive experience in architecting, designing and developing enterprise-grade software solutions for web, desktop and mobile with scalability and user experience in mind. Reza is responsible for overseeing all BlueCava software development, from real-time bidding systems to Big Data processes. His specialty is in understanding how code can solve business problems at scale. Reza holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Software Engineering.

 

Bill Varga

Bill Varga is the Chief Revenue Officer of BlueCava. Bill has more than 20 years of Sales and Business Development experience at the executive level. Bill was an early advocate and pioneer within the audience targeting space in his role as EVP Sales and Business Development with IP intelligence provider Quova (now Neustar). Most recently Bill served as EVP Field Operations at Ounce Labs (acquired by IBM) and then COO at Shunra Software (acquired by HP). Bill brings a demonstrated track record of senior sales leadership, scaling companies and positioning for successful exits.
Bill graduated with a BS in Administrative Science from University of Central Connecticut and a MBA from University of Bridgeport.

 

Manish Ahuja

Manish Ahuja is the Chief Product Officer at BlueCava. Manish has 15+ years of experience managing QA, Data Engineering and Client Services teams in Fortune 100 and startup companies. Manish is responsible for overseeing all Product definition and Client Services at BlueCava. He has taken his data analytics and product management expertise at Toyota & Deluxe Entertainment into his current role as Product Leader at BlueCava. His specialty is in solving complex problems with data analytics and architecting solutions for a variety of customers across the advertising ecosystem. He received his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from India and Masters in Computer Science from University of Toledo, OH.
